Vanesa ensures RapidRatings’ client-centric focus, overseeing the Client Success teams directly responsible for maintaining trusted relationships with our global enterprise clients and FHR Exchange members. She leads teams focused on maximizing client value throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and deployment to ongoing program management and development. She serves as a voice for client and member interests across the company and works closely with Product to bring these interests to fruition. She also leads the client community efforts, building a strong network for knowledge sharing and best practices for our client base.

Previously, she had 10+ years as a credit risk professional for three of Australia’s Big Four Banks, where she developed credit risk mitigation strategies for loss minimization. She completed a Bachelor of Economics with Honors from the University of Western Australia.
