Rose Kelly‐Falls to lead Rapid Ratings’s Indianapolis office as company continues commitment to bring innovative ratings technology to corporations for supply chain counterparty risk management

NEW YORK and INDIANAPOLIS January 13, 2011 ‐‐ Rapid Ratings™ International Inc. announced Wednesday that Rose Kelly‐Falls, a supply chain risk management expert, has joined the company to continue its expansion offering corporations and financial institutions counterparty risk management services. In conjunction with the hiring, Rapid Ratings is expanding by opening an office in Indianapolis at the Purdue Research Park of Indianapolis.

Rapid Ratings’ unique and unbiased ratings of industrials’ and financial institutions’ financial health is widely used by credit and supply chain professionals across Fortune 1000 and small‐ to medium‐sized enterprises to monitor the risks of public and private companies with which they are conducting business.

Kelly‐Falls most recently served as the president and co‐founder of the supply chain consultancy firm The Fuzion Group, LLC. previously was head of Financial Risk for Supply Management and Head of Commodity Purchasing at Rolls‐Royce North America, and held various progressive positions at Ford Motor Co. Her areas of expertise include supply chain risk management, strategic planning, contract management, global sourcing and cost reduction strategies and global procurement policy development.

Kelly‐Falls holds a master of science degree in management from Purdue University Krannert Graduate School of Business and a bachelor of arts degree from Butler University. She is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt; a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM); and a member of ISM; IACCM, APICS. She serves on the board for the ISM Risk Management Group as well as the Board of Alumni for the Krannert School of Management‐Purdue University and is an adjunct professor of supply chain at the University of Indianapolis Graduate School of Business.

Gellert added that Rapid Ratings already has a strong client base in the Midwest and an expansion into the Indianapolis market and being in the Purdue Research Park of Indianapolis will support the company’s continued growth.

The Purdue Research Park is the largest university‐affiliated business incubation program in the county. The park and its Purdue Technology Centers serve more than 200 companies in four locations around the state.
