Elliot is the Chief Financial Officer at RapidRatings and has served in several leadership positions since joining the Company in 2016. He has extensive experience working with high growth organizations.
Prior to joining RapidRatings, he was at Diligent Corporation, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s global accounting, SEC reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance teams. He also supported leadership in Diligent’s leveraged buyout transaction.
Elliot started his career in public accounting with BDO, where he led audits of companies primarily in the software and technology industry. He is also a licensed CPA.
Elliot earned a BA and MBA from Syracuse University.
