Elliot Goldman is the Chief Executive Officer of RapidRatings. Since joining the company in 2016, he has served in several executive leadership roles and has been instrumental in driving performance, strengthening client relationships, expanding commercial operations, and shaping the company's long-term growth and strategy.
Over the past decade, Elliot has led initiatives across nearly every aspect of the business, including finance, operations, client delivery, customer success, product commercialization, and go-to-market strategy. He has helped transform the company's operating model, scale its commercial organization, and enhance the value RapidRatings delivers to clients around the world. His broad leadership experience and deep understanding of the business position him to lead the company through its next phase of growth and innovation.
Prior to joining RapidRatings, Elliot was at Diligent Corporation, where he was responsible for overseeing the company's global accounting, SEC reporting, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance teams. He also supported leadership through Diligent's leveraged buyout transaction.
Elliot began his career in public accounting with BDO, where he led audits of companies primarily in the software and technology industries. He is a licensed CPA and holds both a BA and MBA from Syracuse University.
