With over 30 years of experience in building transformative tech infrastructures at the intersection of finance, data, and artificial intelligence, David Feldman joins RapidRatings as their Chief Technology Officer (CTO). David is joining RapidRatings after cofounding two AI/data startups, and he has held several high-profile global thought-leadership roles. These have included serving as a Partner in IBM’s elite Global Center of Competency and as an executive leading Accenture’s Digital Strategy team. Over his career, his projects have included leading a team at one of the largest financial institutions to assess and communicate counterparty risk, establishing the data infrastructure for an alternative research firm specializing in mining proprietary datasets, and developing a platform to measure and analyze digital assets. An illustration of his ongoing personal passion for deeply understanding the rapidly evolving fields of data and AI, he is now scheduled to complete his Master’s in Artificial Intelligence at the Pennsylvania State University in the Spring of 2026.
