Leveraging his legal background and wide breadth of HR experience in leadership roles within financial services, advertising, and luxury apparel/jewelry; Brad provides strategic vision and cost-effective solutions during periods of rapid development and significant reorganization; striking an integral balance between employee advocacy and corporate goals.
Brad brings a focus on the criticality of the strategic disciplines of change management, leadership & employee training and development, talent sourcing and organization capability to the organization and its employees. Brad received his B.A. degree with honors from The University of Richmond where he was a double major in Economics and Political Science with a minor in both German and Music. He went on to receive his JD from The New England School of Law.
